To change your British airways change flight booking, you can use one of the following options: You can also contact the travel agent if you need to change your booking.
If you want to change your flight reservation
Imagine that you have booked a flight starting March 3, 2020. You need to complete it by August 31, 2022 or March 3, 2020. For flights departing before February 28, 2021, you can access Manage my reservations.
British airlines have waived flight date change fees. You do not need to pay flight change fees. However, if there is a price difference, you are responsible for it. This applies to:
Travel bookings start March 3, 2020. They will finish on August 31, 2022.
Any routes ordered by British Airways are excluded from the Sun Air franchise.
You book your flight directly through our Contact Center or the official BA website.
If you want to change the date and destination,
Imagine you’ve booked travel before March 3, 2020. The original schedule was supposed to start on February 28, 2021. Or you may have booked travel from March 3, 2020 for travel before August 31, 2022. You should follow British Airlines’ changes to my date process.
You will also need to complete the online voucher form to change your destination or date. BA will cancel your booking and email you a voucher equivalent to the value of your booking. Valid until 30/09/2023. Vouchers are also available for payment or partial payment on future bookings.
Vouchers cannot be used for new trips that you have not booked. Your voucher will be emailed to you within seven working days of your request.
